We have received questions regarding a mailer that some of our membership have received from Conduent, Inc. about a data breach.
Conduent, Inc. provides services primarily related to printing and mailing services for many organizations including insurance companies.
We have confirmed with Anthem that this mailing is legitimate, and the incident did affect some Anthem members and those who utilize Blue Card services.
Members may receive multiple notices from Conduent if they had services from more than one of the companies that use Conduent for various services.
Members are encouraged to direct all questions to Conduent and enroll in the protections offered to them outlined in the letter they receive.
