Using a fork, pull rotisserie chicken off, and place into mixing bowl.
Chop the following ingredients into bite sized pieces – avocado, apple, and grapes.
Add those ingredients into the bowl.
To the bowl add mayo, salt, and pepper.
Using a large fork combine all ingredients.
Place rotisserie chicken salad into your favorite bread/pita or wrap.
