Rotisserie Chicken Salad

Ingredients
  

  • Rotisserie Chicken
  • Avocado
  • Grapes
  • Apple
  • Mayo
  • Salt & Pepper To Taste

Instructions
 

  • Using a fork, pull rotisserie chicken off, and place into mixing bowl.
  • Chop the following ingredients into bite sized pieces – avocado, apple, and grapes.
  • Add those ingredients into the bowl.
  • To the bowl add mayo, salt, and pepper.
  • Using a large fork combine all ingredients.
  • Place rotisserie chicken salad into your favorite bread/pita or wrap.

I make this weekly for my lunches. It is quick, easy to assemble and delicious. This rotisserie chicken salad is packed with protein and fruit. Adding it into a wrap or pita gives you just enough carbs to continue your day!
