What’s new beginning 1/1/26:
· A new AllOne Health Member Portal allonehealth.com/portal
· A new AllOne Health App with the ability to self-schedule virtual counseling
· On-demand chat support through Izzy, the AI Mental Health Navigator
· Self-guided therapy modules (iCBT)
What you need to do on or after January 1, 2026:
1. Download the new AllOne Health App
2. Register for both the App and the Member Portal at: allonehealth.com/portal
3. Use your current company access code <<Access code>> when prompted.
No interruption in support: The current Carebridge phone number (800.437.0911) and CarebridgeNow.com will automatically redirect you to the new AllOne Health system during the transition period. New member number 800-451-1834
