- Slice the zucchini, summer squash and onion
- Pour the canola oil into the saucepan
- Add the zucchini, summer squash and onion in the sauce pan and cook until they are transparent. Add the hamburg and brown the hamburg. Add the tomato sauce and bring to a simmer.
- Season to taste with the garlic pepper, and salt. You can add red pepper if you like it spicy. Serve it alone or over brown rice.

This is very tasty as a stand alone dish or over rice.
It is low carb and low calorie.
